When will it arrive?
Three to five working days. Every order is packed by hand in Switzerland and sent with Swiss Post — we hold the stock ourselves rather than forwarding your order to a factory abroad.
Returns?
Yes — unopened, with the hygiene seal intact, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the seal is broken we cannot resell a mask worn on the face. Faulty devices are always replaced at our cost.
