Legal form and register
Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) under Swiss law. Not entered in the commercial register: entry is voluntary for a sole proprietorship below CHF 100,000 in annual turnover, and we will register, and publish the UID here, once that threshold is reached.
VAT
Not liable for Swiss VAT. Registration becomes mandatory above CHF 100,000 in annual turnover; below it, the prices you see are final and no VAT is shown separately.
Customer support
Written support by email, Monday to Friday. We reply within one working day. We do not operate a telephone line. Everything is handled in writing so that what was agreed is always on record for both sides.
