Where we ship
Switzerland only. We hold our own stock near Biel and post domestically, which is what makes next-day delivery possible. We do not currently ship to the EU or anywhere else.
Shipping times
3 to 5 working days from order, by Swiss Post. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually posted the same day.
Shipping costs
Free. Tracked delivery by Swiss Post is included in the price of every order. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order value.
VAT and customs
Prices include 8.1% Swiss MWST. Because your order ships domestically from our own stock in Switzerland, it never crosses a border on its way to you. There is no customs clearance and nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns: 14 days, unopened
Changed your mind? Return the device unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The hygiene seal must be intact: a mask is worn against the face, so once the seal is broken we cannot resell it and a change-of-mind return is no longer possible.
How to return
Email hello@albelys.ch within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We confirm the return address by reply. Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked Swiss Post service, as the device remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once the device arrives and we have confirmed the hygiene seal is intact, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Delivery to you was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
Faulty devices
A different rule applies and it is more generous: contact us and we replace a faulty device at our cost, including postage both ways. The 24-month Swiss statutory warranty applies regardless of the 14-day window (see Warranty).
Lost or damaged in transit
Email hello@albelys.ch within 7 days. We resend at our cost.
